Hello,
I am administering local Active Directory environment and Office 365 tenent, in my country "Egypt", the government decided to use the day-light system again after it's been canceled for more than two years, we started using +3 instead of +2 last Friday, I've set my domain controllers to the same time zone "Cairo +2" but added one hour to the clock to make it +3 and the environment worked fine till I've found an issue in Outlook 2010, emails are stamped with a "+2" timestamp, meaning if I receive an email at 2 PM it's received with 1 pm time stamp and this is incorrect, I tried to work around this by choosing another time zone with a "+3" but the Active Directory and especially my local DNS started to generate alot of errors and DNS stopped resolving internal queries even if I restart the servers.
is ther a way to solve this please?
