I setup a disk partition about a year and a half ago. Since I no longer need this partition I would like to delete it and reallocate the space to my C drive. In the disk management window I am right clicking, and deleting the volume, however the color-coded bar does not turn black, marking the space as unallocated. When I refresh I find the partition hasn't been deleted at all. Argg. I am on windows 7 and my account is running as an administrator. Here are some pictures so you may see what is happening:
I right click and "delete volume" I am trying to remove the "F" drive
It does not appear to be unallocated, and if I refresh the disk manager it comes right back.
Any help would be appreciated
