ok. i tried to remote control my surface pro 1. i also tried to remote desktop my other win 7, win 8 computers (i have 3). not a single time it worked. in fact, for the past 5 years, not a single time it worked.
i don't have much hope for solutions because MS just does not seem to care.
I think the best solution is for microsoft to systematically fire the developer team whoever does a lousy job.
