Seeing fax console of Shared Fax on windows 7 clients

i have a several computers at work, most are XP and some with Windows 7, all of them using the Microsoft shared fax on Windows2008R server to send & receive  faxes. I have been able to set up the Windows 7 computers so faxes can be sent but unlike with Windows XP , the windows 7 computers cannot see whether a fax sent by a different computer actually went through or not. How can I set it up so that users on computers running Windows 7 to be able to see whether a fax went out, like it can on all the other XP computers?
