I have one Windows 7 Pro 64-bit computer that fails to print one specific document correctly. The document is a certificate form that has a graphic border and on this one computer a small part (about one inch) of the border does not render. Other computers, including XP, W7 32-bit, and another Win 7 64-bit, do not have the problem. The problem computer has the problem regardless if print is to a network Savin laser, a local USB HP laser, or even print-to-pdf using Nuance/Scansoft PDF software. The problematic computer prints everything else just fine.
This is so obscure that it should not matter, but of course the user of the offending computer is one of the big users of these certificates. Has anyone encountered a problem like this and found a solution.
