I have downloaded the game Rift. Whenever I try to play it says I need to update my directx9. I have directx11 on my computer. When I follow the link given to me by Rift it attempts to install and then a pop up appears telling me the installation has failed and to check my network connection or try again later.
Whenever I have gotten onto Microsoft's website and and attempted to download the file either through the directx downloads page or other forum post with similar questions the download has told me that it could not download correctly and to try again. After pressing try again there were no changes.
Any help would be appreciated.
