We have a user that prints documents that are too light. This is noticeable when printing Word documents, pdf documents, and screens from the internet. We have replaced her computer and created a new profile. I had her test printing
a page from IE to her local print and a network printer. We had another user on another computer print the same page to her local printer and it was noticeably darker. I then signed onto the problem computer as myself and printed the same page
and it printed light for me also. I do not know what to check to resolve this problem.
