User on domain having to install printer drivers everday?

Hi there
I work for a medium sized company were we have a lot of printers on sight, recently a few of the users have been reporting that they are unable to print without installing the printer as an administrator which in turn requires one of the admins to go down and type in their details, I have made sure that the printer is being shared through are domain control server however the problem is persisting!
any help would be greatly appriciated
