windows 7 automatic sleep mode doesnt work

this is what i' ve got after "powercfg -requests"

C:\Windows\system32>

pqservice, hidden acer hard drive's partition, as i figured out. dont know how to get rid of this file or turn it off. it's obvious that it's madea request to prevent the system from automatically entering sleep, as it says in "energy-report" file.

please help.
