I have a new desktop computer; a refurbished (Microsoft Registered)
Windows 7. All was quite well until I tried to connect my printer to the network. The printer, ACanon PIXMA MX330, is has a displayed status of ready. When it just wouldn't print, I ran various scans, including the Windows FIX IT (immediate repair program) from Microsoft.
Microsoft told me that the Teredo Tunneling Adapter has a driver problem. When the Windows Repair went to automatically reinstall the latest driver for Teredo Tunneling Adapter, it wouldnot /could not reinstall. (I even tried this manually, after studying online).
I have performed other scans with the same result and lack of solution. The only point still in the air is that I may need both the IPv4and the IPv6 to be enabled.( I just contacted my anti-virus software company to see if the Firewall allows this, but doubt if it is the issue)
Needless to say, my frustration level is mounting. (The printer scanner works GREAT, so I know my multi-functional unit is fine).
