I am try to determine the cause of another users computer crashing in the Microsoft Community forums. Every dump file provided by the OP is corrupt and cannot be opened properly by the Windows Debugger or by Blue Screen. I cannot so far determine what might be causing this problem. Suggestion please.
No replies please about dump files that open correctly and refer to corruption.
