i have windows 7 ultimate installed in my dell laptop.
i re-installed OS after having problem in my laptop by formatting the C drive.
but after the re-installation i ran "re-run the assessment" for re-calculating the "windows experience index", but this time i found the subscore for few components to be reduced.
1. what this means ? is there any damage to my hardware due re-installation or due to any other software ?
2. how can i fix it ?
3. does re-installation of OS again and again causes hardware problems ? up till now i have 4 times re-installed my OS
( i dont do lots of Gaming or heavy gaming and haven't changed any hardware component in my laptop )
