User account, Welcome account, System account etc. are configured to English/Australia. Every time I open and close Task Manager, the username column lists different names to what it showed the previous time.
I have tried "sfc.exe /scannow" and it does find issues, but can't repair them. Any advice on getting sfc.exe to do its job would be appreciated (I did try Safemode), below is a link to various log files that the program generates:
