Everyday PC's go into standby mode or hibernate at 4pm central can find no solution to this issue.

I've checked every setting in my GPO, nothing seems to be wrong, I've even sent my GP info to a specialist and been told this is not the issue. The only thing I can think of is that someone is remotely running either psshutdown or rundll32.exe powrprof.dll, setsystemsuspend. If that's the case, how can I block this? Can I somehow disable powrprof.dll? Local admin passwords have been reset or disabled and this doesn't seem to help.  Oh and of course I've checked the event logs and have nothing other than the computer going to sleep specifically:
The system is entering sleep.

Sleep Reason: 4
