Due to an injury my right hand has limited use.
I started using voice recognition software from Microsoft. The software works reasonably well, but I found that when I use it in outlook mail that there are some problems. In particular when I reply to an email I get a spinning blue circle.
It is normally only when I am replying that I get this. It is also possible that it happens when the mail is in the HTML format. I've switched my mail to text format but when I receive one that is an HTML been the email respects the sender's format
of the email.
The spinning blue circle that occurs when im replying to an email basically freezes my mail if I go to another screen or window then it seems to calm down but when I go back the blue circle spins again. When I look at the performance monitor I can see that the outlook turns red, and the status turns from running to not responding .
Has anyone seen as an perhaps more importantly is there any resolution to it, im using Outlook 2003.
