OS: Win7 Pro 64bit

Affected Printers: RICOH Aficio MP 5001 PCL 5e/RICOH Pro 907EX PCL 5e

When a user tries to do a custom print within MS Office Word/Excell/Etc, the user cant open up printer properties. Everytimethe user tries to open it up, it immediatly disappears.

Troubleshooting:

-Rebuilt Users profile

-Cleaned out registry

   -Checked within the registry and made sure no printers were listed

-Restarted the print spool

-Reinstalled printer via IP address

-Reconnected users print through our domain network

-Driver re-installation

*Drivers cant be changed because PCL5 has the options to do custom prinouts(Staples/Black&White/Valid Access Code)*

It has worked before after re-installing driver and renaming the printer. Now, its happening again. Any help?
