How to set %Appdata% to point to roaming or local

Hi Forum,

I'm having some troubles with AutoCAD 2012 and it's locations where to install too.

When typing in %APPDATA% into your Run prompt, Explorer, or Start searchbar you open the location of the Appdata folder for the current user. Now this currently points to the AppData\roaming folder. Can it be set to point to the AppData\local folder instead. Or is there another way similair to %APPDATA% to get to this folder?
