Recently upgraded to Windows 7 Pro. When I attempt to start the Backup & Restore function nothing happens - the restore center window does not open.
I have verified that the WB, the VSC, the RPC and the MSSCP are started, and set to automatic.
I have attempted with a "clean boot" - no luck.
I have run the "scannow" function with no errors.
I have verified that the desired backup HDD can read and write files.
I have searched these and other forums for days and do not find any similar circumstance.
I am logged on as an administrator and am the only user.
Will be very grateful for an effective solution!
