Two unknown apps (name as program and negine) in startup of the task. Is this virus???

There are two unknown apps (program and negine) in startup of the task Manager (they appear as two apps with names like that, but there are two section name program and one section name nengine).I am wondering if these are virus. I've never seen them before, I only see them after the update Window 8.1 last time. Could you please let me know what are they? And how to remove
them from my computer.<o:p></o:p>
