Blue Screen on Sleep Mode and Hibernate

Starting about 4 weeks ago I've been encountering a frequent (every day or two, twice today) blue screen when putting the computer in either sleep mode or hibernate mode.  I have not added any new hardware or installed any new drivers in this timeframe.

Here are the two minidump files from today uploaded to SkyDrive:

I'm running a Toshiba laptop, L645D-S4056, AMD Turion II P540 Dual-Core Processor, 4.0 GB RAM.  I have the power setting selected to "high performance" with the computer set to automatically enter sleep mode after 1 hour (display dims after 5 minutes and turns off after 10 minutes).  The compter is also set to enter sleep mode when I close the lid.  Sometimes the blue screen appears when I manually put the computer in sleep mode, and sometimes the blue screen appears when the computer automatically enters sleep mode after 1 hour of inactivity.  Other times it functions normally.

Here's the latest crash info (two today so far):

Any assistance that can provided would be much appreciated.  I have been using sleep mode and hibernate for several years on this computer with no issues whatsoever.  I really need to be able to continue to use these two functions.

Thanks.
