window7 ie10 userAgent not containig common lanaguage runtime 4.5

Hello,

I have on win7, ie10 .net 4.5 installed.

I get the useragent string in JavaScript (the useragent from aps has no clr).

I see .net 4.0E, etc. all ok, but I do not see  .net 4.5

What is going on?
