Upgrade Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional

Hello. I have a laptop with an HDD of an old laptop that had a valid Windows 7 Home Premium key. But now I have it in my other laptop the Windows is not valid anymore. Now I heard you can update Windows with Windows Anytime Upgrade. But when I entered my Windows 7 Professional key that I got from Dreamspark. It says that its not valid. How can I upgrade without losing any of my files and programs.

So how can I update Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit to Windows 7 Professional 64 bit without fresh reinstall and without Windows anytime update?

P.S. for the people who didn't read the post completly. I have a Windows 7 Professional license from Dreamspark
