services and cmd dissappears after appearing

hi all,

       i am using windows 7 ultimate.initially there was no problem but now when i open cmd from the " Run" it appears but no sooner i try to type anything it disappears.Moreover when i try to open services.msc and other services like reg.edit the window doesn't appear and the cursor keeps on loading.
