BIOS can't find my harddrive. MSconfig failure.

yesterday my computer started to behave extremely annoyingly. When i started up the computer everything worked fine until i was in the windows startup. then i got a bluescreen and the computer rebooted. After that i went into that windows reparation tool that pops up when the computer behaves that way. tried to repair it without any luck. The error code i got was 0x490. So i googled and tried to solve it. Many has had the same problem after disabling random nonsense programs in msconfig startup. Which I did 2 days ago to make the computer boot up more quickly. Tried every solution that I found on the internet but nothing is working. When i tried bootrec.exe /scanOS in the command prompt it said that it found 0 Windows OS. I went in on BIOS to see what's going on in there. And my boot options are set to

#1 TSSTcorp CDDVDW. (which is my cd/dvd writer.)
#2 Intel volume0. (no idea which that is but it's not my HDD)
#3 Realtek PXE B02 D00 (which I think is my network card).

So Neither of my 2 500gb HDDs are there.

Oh yeah. the message on the bluescreen is "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO". Please tell me that someone got an easy solution to this so I don't have to send in my laptop to MSI for a 2-4 weeks reparation... Can't be without my wife that long...

PS! I've tried to boot up in safe mode but I get the bluescreen there aswell.
