User gets the "not running genuine Windows" error every day, even though his Windows is showing as activated and I have recently reactivated by phone.
I did run the "Genuine Advantage Diangotics tool" (1.5.0540.0) but it gives me the following error (on his and my computers)
Genuine Validation Status: Unsupported OS
Product Key: Failed to get product key
Product Key Hash: Failed to get product key
Windows Product ID: Failed to get product ID
In addition to reactivating by phone, I have deleted and recreated his user profile. The profile work was done to fix some damage caused by a Trojan, which I'm assuming is the root of this cause as well, but I do not know what to do next.
