Right click send to mail recipient not working

Hi

We are using Windows 7 Pro 32 and Windows Live Mail. 

The problem is when I try to Right click and choose send to mail recipient Windows Live Mail will open to the splash screen that says 'Starting...' and then close itself and disappear.  I have tried a clean boot, disabling all non-microsoft services and all startup programs and it made no difference. 

Any ideas?
