Hello,
For the past several weeks, my computer has been crashing, and typically does this when I'm watching a movie or streaming through Netflix. The latest crash happened today when I was a streaming a video through a browser. I've run a deep scan through Zone Alarm, defragmented my computer, and ran a hardware test. Everything came up fine, but the crashes keep happening and they seem to get worse and worse.
I uploaded the Dump files onto my Skydrive, although this is the first time I've used this program so bear with me if something isn't right. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could fix this problem for me, as I'd hate for my only computer to break.
