When trying to apply GP I get an error saying group policy failed. And it gives the path to SYSVOL of the problem gpo. It says it could be due to name resolution with the DC, File replication service latency, or DFS client has been disabled.
I can browse to sysvol/policies from the client machine. I can see all the other policies, but not the one that errors out. This happens with any policy I create now. Although EVENTUALLY it will start to work.
DNS seems to be okay since i can resolve DC by name, and DC can hit client by name. Permissions of policies that work, match policies that do not.
Server is fully patched 2012, Clients are Win7 ENT SP1
