We have a DFS share for folder redirection setup on our client machines in Server A (\\Domain\Home\Staff01). Now server A has been decommissioned and all the data are moved to ServerB (\\Domain\Home\User01). Folder Redirection is applied via group policy to migrate the users. Migration have taken place and the clients redirected folders have switched over to the new path ALMOST perfectly. HOWEVER some clients have unsynced offline files "Dirty File Items" which still points to the old path in Server A. This is causing Sync Errors in Sync Center.
We cannot format the CSC database because these unsynced files are important.
We have tried this article but did not work (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977229/en-gb)
Is there a way to update the path of these Dirty files to sync to the new Redirected Path?
