Hello,
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 [32-bit], and I have a 4TB USB WD USB external drive (My Book). All I want to do is use dispart to create one partition. This is the command line I use:
DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK 2
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITIION PRIMARY
ACTIVE
ASSIGN LETTER=Y
FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="MY BOOK" QUICK
EXIT
When I'm finished it tells me:
Partition ### Type Size Offset
Partition 1 Primary 2074 GB 1024 KB
All I want to do is just to make 1 partition the size of 4TB. Can anyone assist me with this minor problem?
Thank You.
David
