This happens occasionally and with different programs. Here is the issue. I will have the web browser open and when I open the Folders Window, the window that pops up is displayed behind the web browser window. Even though the folders window is shown selected on the taskbar, it stays behind and hidden by the web browser window. I am only able to view the folders window after minimizing the web browser window. The problem is only resolved when I close the web browser window and then reopen.
This occurs with Outlook, Adobe, Chrome, Explorer, etc. It is not always the web browser window that refuses relinquish the front and center attention. Also, is it not always the folders window that is forced to be overshadowed by another window.
Is someone able to help? I do have Windows 7 Professional and work on two screens. One screen is the laptop and the other screen is a monitor. It has happened on both screens.
