Looking for Human Factors UI Documentation

I am looking for documentation that gives me timing standards for UI feedback, human factors type stuff. Another example is how long does it take to display a cursor when a user clicks in an edit box? How long does it take to show a secondary menu when a user highlights a primary menu?  How long before a busy cursor is displayed if a control is unresponsive?
