I have installes windows 7 ultimate 32 bit ,
after my friend downloaded some free software to look for football match. I deleted this software now I get an error telling me Qtnetwork4.dll is missing install the program to fix the problem. I tried system restore it doesn't functioning . I tried to search in google to fix the problem I see every one trying to sell its software to fix the problem. how I can solve this problem manually.
