Live mail has a habit of junking mail that I wanted to receive, and over Christmas a whole batch of mail has not come through. I try and check the junk mail section - but it takes time to log in and check, which I don't always have. I usually read all my mail through Outlook Express which my wife really likes, and I have tuned to do what I want.
I have just had a mail message to say that a particular sender couldn't get through to me. So what I really need, and I suspect others do as well, is a way of me deciding whether mail is junk or not. I am very happy with Live mail putting them in to a Junk folder - but not for them to be then deleted before I have checked!!!!
Does anyone know of a way to set this up? I have reported to Microsoft, but sadly they only seem to listen when a big noise is made.
In the latest problem the message I had back contained the following:
Connected to 65.55.92.168 but sender was rejected.
