lsass.exe, failed with status code 255 at random times!

It seems to happen at random times, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on a Dual Core AMD Machine (Gateway GT5056),
with 732 MB RAM.

I saw a similar situation in another thread, but I am not running any antivirus or Forefront product.
