All,
I got a warning on boot up that a hard drive failure was immanent. I had seen a bad sector on a disk check some weeks ago. With this in mind I bought a new harddrive and was able to load up my latest backup from a dell data safe backup to the new drive. Now everytime I try to start up my computer I get an error that says:
"Interactive Logon process initiation failed"
I was able to get the evenviewer files off the computer I it looks like the error is listed as follows (sorry first time to post so the system won't let me post the XML):

Other comments from boards indicate that you nee to find the offending file and load it from a good install. Problem being is I am hitting a deadend on where to go after reviewing the event log.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
