Unable access external hard drive

I have a hard drive froam a windows 7 computer that crashed. the drive 500 gb Hitachi. I now have the drive in a caddy and have tried to find the partioned files.

I have used the dos command [attrib -h -r -s /s /d (relevant drive letter)*.*] to read teh files wich is successful in dos

however when I try in the usual windows interface it states access denied.

I have used a malware programme that can see all the files.

I need clear help to access the files in Window 7

All hidden folders are turned on and I am running as administrator
