Just the other week, I was moving some picture files from my phone (via USB cord) and transferring them to my computer. I was getting an error: "You do not have permission to modify files in this network location. Contact the administrator
per permission to make these changes."
NOTE: "PER Permission" in the above sentence is NOT a typo....that's what this error says.
I was simply either cutting and pasting pictures from my phone to either C drive or D partition of C drive....was getting same error.
It WAS actually saving the file when I got the error, but splashing that error on the screen and asking me to rename it. I would rename it and then it would save it AGAIN with the new name also. Tonight I got the same exact error in simply trying
to save an excel spreadsheet to a common folder on my desktop. What gives?? Doing a full malware and antivirus scan right now...
I'd insert an image but forum won't let me...I'm new...
