Windows Explorer Keeps Crashing

The problem is that Windows Explorer keeps crashing. After you log in, in about 2-3 minutes Explorer crashes. This is the error that gets generated:

If you rebuild the user's profile that is having the problem, Explorer no longer crashes. What in the user profile could be causing the issue? Could there be a broken Group Policy? Why would it be crashing every 5 minutes or so? Is there a task that runs to cause Explorer to break? Where would I go to find the information? What in the Event Viewer would I look at?
