I have tried installing, uninstalling, reinstalling big fish game that I bought. I did a system restore, the date that I restored to did not include my big fish game. There is no error code just states that an error occurred and to go to big fish for help.
I have made sure that my drivers are all updated as well as directx, adobe flash player, adobe shockwave, java all of that is current.
When I try to download the game it goes just about the whole way to the end of installation but then the error occurred box displays. I am not very computer literate so please explain in layman terms.
Appreciate any help given and if additional info is needed please let me know
