I'm looking for a solution to the error 0xC0000BB8; Diagnosis-PLA; EventID 1010; Counter Add Failed: Name: Performance Counter; Counter Name: \Processor Performance (*) (*); Error: 3221228472. I ran the System performance.  You can not add counter \ Processor Performance (*) \ * to the module Performance Counter; error code: 0xC0000BB8. 
I use the typeperf command (At the command prompt, type typeperf -qx and then press ENTER.) to get a list of the available counters on the local system. 
A very long list. Several screens. I gave the command / order: typeperf Processor Performance(*)\*. Message: Error: no proper counters.
Now give the order: sfc /scannow. Not found violations of integrity.
(Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) SP 1.) 

Any suggestions about it please ?
